On the occasion of National Youth Day, we conducted an awareness and motivational session on the topic “Youth for Healthy Lifestyle” on 15th January at Shiv Chaitanya Academy for students preparing for the Police Examination.

The objective of the session was to guide youth towards building a healthy lifestyle by balancing physical fitness, mental well-being, emotional stability, and positive thinking.
The session covered:
– Importance of disciplined daily routine
– Healthy food and sleep habits
– Stress and anger management
– Power of thoughts and positive mindset
– Techniques to improve focus and concentration
– Short guided meditation and relaxation practice
The students participated very enthusiastically and actively interacted during the session. Many shared that the techniques helped them feel calmer, more focused, and motivated for their preparation.
Overall, the program was successful and well appreciated by both the students and the academy management.
As part of our National Youth Day initiatives, based on this year’s theme “Youth for Healthy Lifestyle,” an interactive guidance and motivational session was organized on 22nd January at SM Joshi College on the occasion of the farewell ceremony of the 12th standard students.

– Simple meditation and relaxation techniques for focus and inner peace
The students participated enthusiastically and actively engaged throughout the session. The program created a positive and inspiring atmosphere, and the feedback received was very encouraging, with students feeling more confident and motivated.
