Rebuilding Youth to Rebuilding Nation
Various programs like Youth Empowerment Camps, Positive Change Courses, Value Workshops, Competitions, programs in the slum and backward areas, campaigns in rural areas etc. were carried out in every corners of the country by the Wing under this project. An oath was also prepared to motivate dedication towards rebuilding a better society.
The project was launched at Mumbai in February, 2000. It was followed by various state launching programs. Noteworthy programs were successfully organised in Ahmedabad, Bathinda, Bhopal, Raipur, Vizianagaram, Kohlapur etc.
A youth forum was organised at the Hqs, at Mt. Abu. Representatives from various youth clubs and universities participated in the Forum.
Cycle rallies were organised for the rural upliftment in many states of the country.
Lecture series, workshops, seminars, competitions etc. had been arranged in many service centres across the country.
Feedback
The youth developed awareness about their innate potential, their importance and their role in the world transformation at the present juncture of world scenario, which in turn motivated them for a more confident life.
Courses on positive change helped developing positive attitude towards the present day challenges and inspired them for a better living. Some college students mentioned in their feedback forms that the course helped them to come out of depression and suicidal tendency.
Through the competitions like elocutions, mono-plays, paintings and many others, youth got an opportunity to develop their creativity.
Sessions on youth empowerment encouraged many youths to lead an addiction-free life. Each youth who participated in these programs turned into an altogether different human being to play the role of a catalyst or a leader for transformation.
As a result, large numbers of youth benefitted. They took a pledge to lead a spiritually enlightened, pious, viceless and divine life along with performing their regular duties.
